P.E.R.U. strategies for the rupture of urban preconceptions aims to empower the citizens of a residual space in the city and offer a new space for interaction. The appearance of an abstract and decontextualized element in an unregulated urban environment generates a new scenography, new expectations for the citizen and invites to re-think about the public space. A new urban type with an abstract geometry appears suddenly as a monolith that reminds the citizen of the existence of a space that belongs to him and in which he can be involved.
